i got some questions about 3.02 OE A
1. Is it downgradeable to 1.5?
2.Is it downgradeable to 2.71 SE by flashing 2.71 SE's data.dxar using recovery mode?
3. It says that it can run homebrew in the 3.02 kernel. What homebrew has been released for 3.02?
4. Can it run 2.71 homebrew?
1. Yes
2. Yes
3. None, but MOST 2.71 homebrew should work... IRShell 3.0 and 3.1 won't work yet, but they may be ported.

thx for the info, but how do you run 2.71 homebrew? there is no GAME271 folder.
EDIT: o i figured it out. u put the 2.71 homebrew in the GAME302 folder right?
i updated to 3.02 OE but it sucked cause i cant use settings. i am downgrading back to ol' 1.5.

ur right it doesnt, i just dont like it. i like 1.5 better, so i downgraded back to it. i am currently updating back to 2.71 SE-C. When the settings menu gets fixed, I'll update back to it.

most of them worked with SE-C but a few had to be run with devhook.Now that we have 3.02 OE-A no more need to hex ed demos, yey.
It does have some small problems, mainly regarding a few save game files, but nothing that wont be ironed out in time, keep up the good work DA.

But this is absolutely amazing firmware. It is truly the golden firmware and is an absolute dream to use. Upgrade and try it, you will probably like it.
EDIT: I have found a tiny gripe I have with this. There is hardly any space on the flash so I can't really use many of the XFlash features. In fact my gameboot took up the last of my flash.

and does the blue screen of death go away once after u use it, and should i press circle or not?

3.02OE is way better than 2.71SE
The BSOD will go away after pressing circle.
Yes you can use the PS1 emu without a PS3. you put the PS1 game file in the GAME folder on your MS.
But you still need a PS3...

Ok, you need a PS3, but the game you download (via the PS3) can be used on ALL your 3.02OE PSP's.
