Lua problem

I am starting to learn LUA But I have a problem, I need a program to use for coding lua (Notepad shouldn't be used for this xD) Is there a program like this for windows?

And where can I find good tutorials?

There is also a app for your psp to teach you lua but i forgot the name maybe splodger knows it

There is Lu game makers. But that does everything for you.And you dont actually learn the language
