Hello, I am beginner here and I was trying to install this program. I copied oeupdatemaker and oeupdatemaker% folder to /PSP/GAME folder. Also I copied the 1.50 and 3.03 update firmware to oeupdatemaker folder and rename them 150.pbp and 303.pbp. But when I run the program I get: "The game could not be started (8002014C)" message. Please help. Thanks
What firmware you on now. This is probaly because your firmware is to high.
you must be firmware 1.50
I am in firmware 3.03. I did not know I need 1.50. So I should get a downgrader to get back to 1.50 and then try again?
You need to downgrade to 1.5. Although you also need a unpatched version of GTA Liberty City Stories
Unpatched meaning it has firmware 2.00 installed on it.
Thank you so much for your help. Just one more question. Is there anyway to tell which game is unpatched other than running it?
It would probaly be best if you rent the game. Or from a friend
Therewas a way you can tell from the box but i cant remember the code for it.
Unpatched it says 00151# on the spine of box

Now once my psp is 3.03oe firmware, can I still upgrade the normal way or now must use the oe firmwares?
