I wonder these days if nintendo has a large vault of $100 bills somewhere and go swimming in it occasionally.
Nintendo shows no signs of slowing down do they? Christ.
Sony is still shifting units, I'm surprised after all the negative press the PS3 is still selling over 11,000 units.
It's just Nintendo are aiming at different markets and are more accessible to the younger generations with their hardware. Sony are aimed at the more hardcore gamer......after all why would a 13 year old care about emulation? (I did at 13..........but I was the only one in my whole year I think)

So now that Nintendo is able to manufacture more units, Nintendo is starting to outsell Ps3 6-1 in Japan. What a tragedy for Sony.
Nintendo's lead over Ps3 in the US, which stands at 2-1, will widen further now with more consoles.
It's the way it should be. I'm glad.

Every generation, a company has its ups and downs,
from the trends i have seen, it seems like the last system to come into market suffers at first, but than gets steam later on.
PS3 will in no doubt will come back, not now, but later on, like next year.
This is unlikely to happen unless the PS3 sees a major price fall in the next year or so (and this is unlikely to happen seeing as how stubborn Sony is).Quote:

Well they cant screw things up as much as $ony have with the ps3.
The sims for the wii looks very good- wii bad third party support?? Have you even seen the games coming up for the wii. but i do think the ps3 will pick up in sales, and the generation will be very close between nintendo and sony. thats if sony dont leave any more exclusive.
Nintendo wii has recently began it's life, things should pick up soon enough. The PS3 will probably get better games too, but the machine is just too expensive.
