What firmware does your psp have?
nothing...new psp..no application what so ever..
Every psp has a firmware, go check.
Go to System settings Then system information and it should tell you what firmware you have.
Your firmware: System Settings and System Information >>> System Software: Your firmware :D
I hope you have a 3.03 because after you can't downgrade. But in France new psp are 3.10 :S

without gta you cant downgrade. if u can find an unpatched copy of gta then all power to you.
