Map Cutted

I just downloaded the maps of Ontario using GMDL and put it into my PSP (3.30 OEA) but I'm having a critical issue which the maps are being cutted so bad...

Have you tried downloading it again? If it gives you the same "badly cut" result, we need in7ane to look at it...
It shows up properly in maps.google...

yea, I've download the maps for 3 times at least...still not working...

have you tried to use a different map vendor? - perhaps VE?

VE? it's still cutted bad...I dunno if it's my GMDL setting issue or something to do with MapThis.

btw, I havn't hook up with a GPS module yet, but since it shouldn't make any difference when viewing a map...

If you look at it with GMDL's preview function, does it look the same?

I am having the same problem as him. When my GMDL's preview is bigger then the one on my PSP.

VE - stands for Virtual earth which is the engine powering Microsoft's local live site: http://maps.live.com/

Also, gmdl has a test tool to check map's integrity - have you tried using it?

yea, I run the test and I even try hook up with the GPS arrived today with the cutted map. It shows the cordinate does not exist on the map. so I'm pretty sure it's the problem with the maps, not Mapthis.

Nop, it shows perfectly on GMDL. I only found the problem when I drag the map into my MS.

btw, what's the usage of the cords on top left where it says Sat? does it have to do with anything?

ok, just an update, I put the "_New York Subway" map which it comes with the zip pack. What it shows on Mapthis is still cutted.

another quick update, I replace the EBOOT that I have with "Mapthis290cn" which was remoded by moby.cn I believe. and the map issue is fixed. I hope this would help if someone have a simular issue as I do...

P.S. searching Sats atm :)
