is homebrew in the game folder if it is then you installed the 1.50 wrong. just go back to 3.40 oe-a. then back to 1.50.

going to 1.5 was a bad idea , go back to OE, re-install , read and re-read the instructions and follow them exactly, dont cut corners and you will get it working.
