gpSP 0.9 by Exophase.
Where do you put the ROMS for that one?
Uhm, anywhere you like.
Put them straight into the same dir as the eboot and other files or create a folder inside it and put them in there. Hell, im pretty sure you could put them anywhere else on the mstick and browse to them.
Grrrrrrr everytime I try and play I get an annoying little message that says "I regret to inform you that your PSP has crashed."
Ah no need to worry. I was making a stupid mistake were i kept clicking on the bios file
Okay, what firmware do you have? Do you have a GBA Bios? Any plugins activated? Into which folder did you put gPSP? (GAME, GAME150...)
EDIT: Damn, too late...
Thanks Anyway
i have firmware version 3.52, and i do have a bios, i seem to remember hearing that gpSP only works with lower level firmware, is that true? is there a gba emu for 3.52 homebrew yet?
If you have the official 3.52 firmware, you're screwed as far as any homebrew goes.
actually i have the m33 update 2 of 3.52
Does anybody have an idea why GBA roms are much bigger than SNES's?
When SNES carts were being made, it cost a LOT more per bit to store. The SNES also couldn't directly address the information if larger carts were made.
Decrease that cost a whole lot and make the standard cart size much larger, and even ports of SNES games will be much larger due to extra sound/voice added or simply from the reduced need to ensure such a small size.
my firmware is 3.52 m33-2, it IS homebrew, but no GBA emulator will play on it that i've tried so far...are all GBA emulators designed for 1.0 or 1.5 firmware?
i think gpsp and pspvba should work
What do you mean by you cannot play? Blank screen? Or an error code?
