After 3 days, the Void Team have called it quits. They will not be making a new 3.71 cfw. We will have to wait until someone else comes up with one.

Good because we retired, we have met and we have decided it. The reason is easy and simple “OS ” HAS EATENTHE HEAD; nothing but that the type that Dark_Alex can program? Because we go, we have been visiting forums by Internet and nothing but that we see LAMMERS LAMMERS and but LAMMERS then wing lammers go away and you remain without anything, now you go and you cry to the Dark_Alex that to him that does it, because that is a fan, for the people who do not know will say: Oh! That maquina! , but if it plays the hiding place, now I go away, now I am created team, and they always are such that they program and they remove things, you do not realize? Because whenever somebody comes near to scene you throw a kick in the ass, in addition for people that we worked in the reverse engineer and we programmed is not nothing of the other world, which passes that people as we have much work, and many projects and for that reason we were not interested in these things, and for once somebody is interested alaaaaa to call it of everything. Ademas, that but gives that tuneeemos or not the XMB, that happens that if tunea is not team serious, now if not tunea if, buah then if the type that Dark_Alex tuneara, already all: novate that maquina! Lol well, I knew this from the beginning. They were fakers. Real coders that want to make a little contribution to the scene just release their stuff without saying anything or they just don't listen to people's opinions.

thats sad quiting after 3 days. if they would have taken a few more weeks they coulda made something. how could they to acomplish anything in 3 days on their first cfw

i think they relised it was a monumentus task so they made up an excuse to cover their asses

On a side note,
I've looked around forums and A LOT of people have been putting their "work" down. Just shows the PSP Scenes distrust towards newcomers.

Being the next CFW team is a big shoe to fit in to. After Dark_AleX, its not hard to see why some may get overwhelmed. I just hope that if Dark_AleX is truly done, he passes the source on to someone he trusts to continue work and not leak the source.

There have been so many false hopes from so many promises on so many different platforms that only 10 year olds say they are going to release something before they've actualy done it (or at least have released SOMETHING in the past) anymore.

If you can do it, then do it, then release it. 95% of the community will welcome you with open arms and the 5% that talk smack because you're not DA are a bunch of idiots so why would you listen to them in the first place?

Now the whole scene is left with but one conclusion... This phantom VE CFW crew 'quit' the scene because DA didn't release his patch yet so they had nothing to work with. Bunch of posers...

We have been visiting forums in the web, and we are only seen: LAMERS and more LAMERS (Yakumo's note: They are referring that people in the forums insult them saying they are lamers). Ok, then we the lamers leave and you will get nothing. No go crying to Dark Alex to do things for you, because he is only an amateur. People that does not know that he is an amateur will say: "Oh, what a machine".
But if he (DAX) continues playing to hide and seek: now I leave, now I create a team, and they are only the ones that program and release things. Don't you see that?
Why every time that someone tries to get closer to the scene you kick them in the ass?
For people like us that dedicate our work to reverse engineering, this is nothing out of this world. (Yakumo's note: they say that it is very easy for them to reverse engineering the PSP)
But people like us has plenty of work, and many projects, an that is way we have not much interest in these things. But for the first time some shows a little interest and people start calling him everything.
What is significant in the tunning of the XMB? If teams decides to tune it, then is not a serious team? If the XMB is not tuned, the team is a serious one?
But if Dark Alex decided to tune it, everyone would say "Oh, what a machine!".
We now much people were very confident with us, but if this is going to be a monopoly, then long life to the KING, because we did not come here boasting nor insulting. We have only announced something that we were going to do. For the people that insults us and reject us:

Retiring from the PSP scene is all well and good, but using the name of a pioneer in this scene, DAX is out of order.

I agree full with grudge1981. Why not working on cfw and reports and releasing if they are finished? I think they are the lamers.

To bad for the psp scene, we need more programmers like DAX and the Noobz team.

im starting to wonder if there isnt some darker force behind all the recent drama! its in sony's best interest to disrupt the scene and keep devs hating * each other, the end users, tacos, pie, what have you...* and "they" seem to be doning a fine job of it. these guys were OBVIOUSLY full of $h!t from the beginning, no big loss, all they did was discourage others from taking up the mantle and leading to community towards the future. so bravo , sony, you crafty bastardo, my non existent hat is off to you! but, guess what? no matter what they do, SOMEONE WILL step up! look how far we've come in just two years, if it takes another 2 years, we will carry on! the psp home brew is so almost perfect anyway, that it may not seem like a challenge, which is why i would imagine humma kuvalla ( remember him>???) and DAX got started to begin with! remember when playing GTA on your PSP was IMPOSSIBLE??? or when a downgrade from fw 1.7(?) was IMPOSSIBLE?? well, thats so ancient history that we think maybe thats all there is. id bet dollars to donuts that this is not the end!

I don't buy it. There is more to this than meets the eye. And if I had to hazard a guess, I'd say this team was DAX himself. Maybe he was seeing if it was worth continuing in the scene as another persona, but upon being flamed for making all the noob mistakes (I don't care what you're doing, you NEVER make a claim without evidence to back it up) and having to deal with his own popularity biting him in the ass...

He has done "this" before. He retired from Noobz, then forms M33. Now he is retiring from M33 (he said his last release would be the 1.50 kernel patch). And magically Void Team appears shortly after he announced his second retirement. Funny how shortly after he announced his first retirement, M33 appeared.

They did say that were doing the custom firmware but the screen were on internet before of do the custom firmware. :)
I think (is my opinion) that they'd edit the file vshctrl.prx of Dark_AleX for show on the XMB '3.71 XX' .
They would have of put on internet the release of his custom firmware to close mouths.

And for last, they shouldn't insult Dark_AleX and say that he is a noob / fan, because saying it, seem lammers of true . Saying it, I think that they are children.

The point is this right here... they tried in 3 days something that orginally took like what 3 months to accomplish?! Then they insult DAX like he had something to do with why they quit. Everyone knows no matter WHAT you do online some lil punk jerky kid is gonna flame you....
