This is a history of DCEmu, from 2004 to the present, written by me.
Basic changes
Added a lot of users to the "prominent users list" that I had forgotten in the previous release.
Added page numbers.
Tabbed the number from the facts so they can be read more easily.
Some basic errors corrected.
