To embed youtube just copy the video ID from after the 'v=' of the URL from the address bar. Its the last part unless you got to the vid from a 'related vid' link etc. Copy up until you hit an '&' if the URL is longer.
E.g. A URL of http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uPaZWM4bxrM copy just the uPaZWM4bxrM and put it inside tags, eg [youtube]uPaZWM4bxrM[/youtube] creates:
