It's just not possible. I was debating actually making a script for that reason.

You should've gotten somebody to animate the characters, and piece together maybe a scene or two (with FREE animation software).

I haven't read the script, but by guessing I don't think the characters would need much in the forms of animation. Most fan made South Park stuff is just talking, so just like this Mac/PC parody (below) is just eyes mouth and eyebrow movements I reckon I could help with the animation (look at my character for mouth movements).

Subtitles to take place of voice maybe?

Of course! Never thought of that.

Subs would be easier for the mouth movements too.

A plus side for subtitles would be that if somebody would want to add voices in the future they would have the words to go by, subtitles in the best place would be in the top and/or bottom black line so that if/when someone adds voice they can cover the subtitles.
