Yeah, I've installed SNES, and NES channels and haven't run into any problems at all either. Also I had turned off wiiconnect24, can Nintendo still see whats going on in my wii? Sorry about all the questions, but I appreciate the help.
I've installed both WAD channels (installer and uninstaller), everything works perfectly.![]()

I'm pretty sure Nintendo isn't spying via the net. The ticket is most likely only a worry when sent for repairs. As for your channels, if they're already installed and no problems there's no reason at this time to remove them.
You just gotta be a little more cautious with Wii updates, don't update until its verified safe here, at bushing's site, tehskeen, or Wiibrew.org.
When installing channels of any kind, Be aware that your wii only has 512mb to store stuff on.
And SMS, NES, SNES and Genesis games are all small enough to load into memory.
When we cross the 32bit threshold on the wii, We will need every bit of the harddrive because apparently usb only goes at 1x?
Why would anyone actually install something to C:\ that belongs on A:\, that works better on the SDcard?
Btw, "I'm in your console Defending your castle."
That is good, Someone has to do it and I need the help.
Aim low, land high: that way one can never be dissappointed:thumbup:
i'm fine with just the homebrew channel for now, i think only lazy people will install these channels..
Everyone is free to install them if they want. If not, just forget about them ^^
Also, images are included for each channel, proving they work and that there is NO RISK OF BRICKING. There's only risk if you play around with them, not if you install them form me. I've done all the risky part for you all.
I'm sorry, but you're talking out your ass.
*How many times did you install and uninstall these?
*Did you test out deleting them a few times as opposed to using the WAD uninstaller?
*How many different Wiis did you try them on?
*Did you try them on every version of IOS out there?
*How about installing them from numerous different SD cards? Could be some issues there...
*Have you tried updating with these channels installed?
*Tried downloading a few legit channels from the shop with these on there?
*Did you try updating with an out of region game, getting the duplicate channels?
Don't act like they're fully tested when it's pretty obvious they're not.

Woah chill, Jay Paradox ignore all these people, Although i do believe there is a chance of bricking, but i dont give a .... cos only noobs brick their wii's, you cannot brick a wii if you know what your doing, if you dont, well ofcourse you brick right? paradox keep it up =] and i dunno but i sappose u can make actual homebrews? try making a simple app =]
btw dont give him grief just tell him where hes gone wrong, i mean you actually sit there and tell him right and wrong while you do jack all, give him a break okay atleast hes trying.
Dude, you're saying "there's no possible way these channels have any chance what-so-ever to brick any Wii what-so-ever", and you've tried it on one. Man up and take some responsibility. If you're not willing to fully test it, put out some warnings.
I'm sure Bushing's tested his channel ten times as much as you have these, and he still says there's a risk of bricking/issues a warning.
