Super Metroid
Halo: Combat Evolved
Street Fighter Alpha 3
Super Smash Bros. 64 (I find I enjoy it more than the "hey all of a sudden we're the biggest Nintendo franchise" Melee)
Conker's Bad Fur Day
Final Fantasy VIII
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (although I've enjoyed Majora's Mask more) (edited)

I have only played 3 of the games on your list, Halo, Super Metroid and FFVIII. The others are not really to my taste being platform games and beat 'em ups and a GTA game.

It was harder to think of my 10 all time faves than I thought it would be.

I didnt mind Yoshi's Island, it looked pretty damn good for a SNES game, but Baby Mario's cry killed the game for me hands down.
