Its safe. Its been around for a long time, and I can assure you its safe.
Also, for those curious, since its just a place you're telnetting to, it should work on just about anything with a sane telnet client (so, yes it'll work on Linux and Mac OS X as well).

Very very old... Like three years too old, wasn't it posted here on DCEmu in 2006?
I tried this on my mac yesterday but got bored. It's really neat and I think I've seen it before. Does it last the whole duration of the film? I gave up after a couple of mins![]()
im just used to people freaking out when i show them this
but then again, i suppose there could be several reasons for that
and yes i know its old but that does not mean that everyone knows about it
i have known about for a long time but for some reason no one else really seemed to.
and yes it plays the duration of the film
i let it run on my computer while i beat the 1st 3 mario games and went to Cici's Pizza

I've not seen any GIF's of the cmd?
Though I've seen a few short quick GIF's of the original movies.

In 2006, it had a certain "WOW" factor. But these days it kinda lacks in that department, because it's old. I'm guessing the people you show are aged between 6 and 12, or maybe 35-50.
Not everyone does, in April 2007 I did a Health & Safety course and the guy sitting next to me in the classroom didn't know about it... Though for some reason it didn't work on the laptops in that room.
Everyone here knew about it though.
Does this work on vista? I can't get it to.
