Advice.
People never learn, my mate kept asking me about a 2.80 downgrader for ages and ages, i said wait. And he has just updated to 3.01 and i showed him this thread and he was gutted. People never learn

I think the news is that there is no downgrader.

Well it is still early. If we don't get any news by at least 2 or 3, then we know nothing will happen.

Not really, if you like playing a few commercial games, it would be the reason to upgrade, as there is no 2.8+ devhook yet. Besides, even if people didn't upgrade, the console and games would never sell, killing the system in the public market and taking away our joy of kicking Sony right in the teeth when we find a way to break their security.

Besides, who said you could call people stupid?
