Chocobo's Racing, Threads of Fate (Dewprism in Japan), and FF7. o_O I was going to upload MGS as well, but ironically, mine looks almost exactly the same as someone else's. =D Guess Google image search yields the same images, huh?

To make a png in Photoshop go File -> Save for Web.

In the dropdown choose either PNG-8 or PNG-24. PNG-8 will give you a smaller filesize but has less colours so may not look as good. PNG-24 allows more colours and transparency (including partial transparency, which is why this format is so great) but will be larger file size. Be careful with this as the PBP will only allow 300kb max filesize with all three combined images, so don't be using PNG-24 unless you have to and you can keep the size down.
