i fixed that 80000004 problem b4
all u have to do is delete your save files b4 u upgraded to 3.03
if that dosent help
delete everything thats in ur memory stick
all you need to put back in there is your (make sure u back it up first)

I dont use Devhook so DH folder is useless

my cwcheat pops.text is overwriten by 3.02 pops.text how can i have both
