Why simply installer? The 3.03OE-C is simple enough to install on its own. Use the read me and you'll be fine. I guess users don't like to read much. The read me will guide you through the whole process.

Hi im new to the homebrew scene and have just successfully downgraded my psp.
I have a few questions, i have downgraded my psp using the 3.03 downgrader. I would like to know if it is safe to format my mem card so i can upgrade to 3.03 oe-c because at this time i only own the 32mb one so space is a bit of an issue.
The other question is once i have upgraded to the latest custom fw will it be safe to wipe all the data again and when i get a new mem card will it effect 3.03 oe-c in anyway like the operations of homebrew games?

When you get a new memory card it will not effect it, i just picked up a 4 gb card from ebay fo 74$ canadian. beware of fake memory cards.

so just to ABSOLUTLY confirm, even though it says u will brick if u upgrade back to 3.03 and downgrade again, it is perfectly safe to upgrade to 3.03 OE from my 1.5, 3.03 downgraded psp?
