psychosync: we might be able if sony gives us faster memorysticks

jaws365/duckhunter: it sure is.. proud member of the demodivision since 1999 Condom corruption.mod was actually one of the first mods i tried during the development heh.. spaceballs rule!

and $#@!head: while its technically possible without a proper keyboard attached its useless for musicians =) and theres no need for it since theres milkytracker !! for pc ! *shameless plug*

Here I come with my bugtracking and my songs :

    - .XM Format : Looks like some instruments with a panning set to 0hFF (Right panning) in an Instrument Editor of a Tracker have a panning of 0h80.

http://gilou82.free.fr/Musique/LastWeirdness.xm <- That music contains some very high arpeggios at the end of this song, but it seems there's a limit of the tone so they sound a bit weird in that music... Hoping you will understand me

http://gilou82.free.fr/Musique/SWDRMS.XM <- the synths which are played on right channel are not played. So this remake sounds very strange ...

    - .IT Format : http://gilou82.free.fr/Musique/Soviet%20Hymn.it <- there is a Break Pattern command which is not interpreted correctly. Only Cubic Player 2.60 (ew) and Impulse Tracker 2.05 (ewwwww) play this mod correctly.

Many other modules song made by me in the same directory (There are only one or two mp3s which are converted from .xm, all other mp3s are rips)

The replay engine used in MilkyPlayer has been developed and verified over a long time in MilkyTracker, a very accurate FT2 clone. If you want to help correcting problems, you should first try with MilkyTracker and then with FT2. If the problem persists in MilkyTracker but not in FT2 then you've successfully found a bug

This file has been tracked in MadTracker and it will also play wrong in FT2 because of an arpeggio limit most new trackers don't take care of.

I could not see any problems with this song. You might need to make further explanations "right" channel on a 32 channel module is not very precise

There are many existig problems with the IT format, as it is not natively supported by the replayer (as mentioned in the MilkyPlayer readme), but I'll have a look at it nevertheless.

Thanks for reporting back, this is very appreciated.

Thats it, I´m buying a DS. What is this tracker called, what format, how many channels?

Frodo DS looked so nice because of the touch-screen keyboard, but i don´t know if it is stable yet and can run trackers like Sidduzzit and Johnplayer, anyone know anything about this?

Yeah, Protracker does work on PSPUAE, but it is truly useless without keyboard... I wonder if there ever gonna be a keyboard for PSP, probably not.

    im gutted.

this looks great, but the only format i've been after thats supported is protracker MOD.

i write all my old-school tunes in MED (octamed) v3->Soundstudio formats, (MMD0 and MMD1) and apart from those, i tend to listen to SID and AY3 formats... .none of which are supported!!

here's hoping for future format additions!

wow I haven't been on this site since DC was still
in the stores brand new! good to see how big it's
    grown...

I jumped on here to look for new music trackers
    mainly for handhelds..

It's cool you guys have ported milkyplayer over,
I was on the milky forums saying a psp version should
be released and it's ALWAYS been shot down.

Meanwhile there is plenty of stuff on handhelds that
does not require a keyboard, lsdj, nanoloop, piggy
tracker, etc.. So what I'm wondering is why can't
something be reworked for the psp or made to be
used with the IR keyboard hack??
