    Ha!
    I hate that fatty.
Since 3.30+ FF7 has been freezing on boss battles and random magic attacks. I'm at the beginning of disc 2 and malboros make the game lag, and after escaping from battle the textures are all messed. So much so that it's impossible to continue playing the game.
That happened to me quite a lot (especially at the end of disk 2 ), but even with the mixed up textures I was still able to carry on.

    $n!pR,

I'd recommend giving the FF7 Eboot it's Japanese ID SLPS00700 ...maybe that'll fix the game. If not, try that famous Resident Evil 2 Japanese ID SLPS01222

I didn't know that FF7 decreased in higher Fw pops...that's really weird...but it just might be due to ID issues, like everything else.

Anyways, since this talk about ID's has gone on long enough and some people cannot find the file, I'll post it right here for reference purposes.

    Pink Fatty...lol

Don't know if I'm doing this right but this isnt working for Vandal hearts 2. It still freezes at the playstation logo. I tried both the japanese ID and the Res evil 2 Id and it did the same thing.. I'm using psx2psp 1.2 and my fw is 3.03 oe-c . I've heard that some people got passed the title screen only to have it freeze at one point later in the game. Does it matter if its img, or ISO or mdf?

Default Problems with PSX2PSP ver. 1.2 ID tagging

Hey no problem...It just needed a place here!

BTW, I just noticed that PSX2PSP reverses the GAME ID's you input for a game. Let me explain myself:

I just converted Resident Evil 2 last night and both the result ID's and Titles came out backwards.

I put Game Title: Resident Evil 2 [Leon Disc] (for disc 1) and instead it comes up in the PSP Save Data title when I browse my saves, instead of showing up under the game details. PSX2PSP ver. 1.2 reverses them.

The same thing happens with Save and Game ID's they come out reversed.

I tested this a few times with the same exact results so it's a datd encryption misplacement bug in the PSX2PSP version 1.2 application. I also tried between Theme Mode and Classic mode to see if one fixed this issue over the other, but it happens on both.

Does anyone know if this has been fixed in a later version of the App. or is this the last available build?

    Thank you.

I've heard of people who've already been able to beat it on 3.03, too...but who knows, maybe changing the ID to the Japanese one will help the game....all it takes is confirming the first couple of battles.

Heck, I'm getting glitchy colored textures for some of the Zombies in RE3, and picking up some items makes the game take quite a long black screen pause (Downtown area Green Herbs mainly) but I've managed to play the game all the way...Playing Mercenaries right now.

BTW, can somebody answer me this?
How does Final Fantasy IX carry save data over to the next disc? Just like FFVII, whereas you just pop in the next disc's Eboot in your MS? ....or does it need the Cwcheat MS dump trick?
I'm downloading the game right now and can't wait to play it.

    Really?
I haven't had any trouble with FFVII since 3.03
And I'm on 3.40, and I can beat Sephiroth if I want right now...

I'm sure the FFIX is the same as VII
All I remember doing for VII was making the new eboot have the same game ID/save ID...Some strange reason it wouldn't have the saved data for me if it had a different Game ID but the same Save ID.
