lol and those are just the "legal" reasons, i wont even begin to mention how cool the psp REALLY is! those of you who already know dont need to hear it. the rest need to find out on thier own! muahahahahha!

Probably this list can grow up to 1000+ reasons to get a PSP.

Here are some of my additional reasons:
1- You can use PSP as a MemoryStick reader for your PC
2- Remote control your PC with VNC
3- Use the PSP as a univeral remote control, including as PS2 remote control/controller
4- Connect to 4.1 sub-woofer and convert it in a mini-component
5- Charge other USB devices (like the PS3 controller) through PSP's USB port
6- Use your bricked PSP as paperweight
7- Use your PSP as a big "thumb-drive" to carry your files on the road
8- Read PDF and HTML documents or documents
9- Use it as a photo album (you missed this obvious one)
10- Play cool MOD/IT/XM/S3M with the titan psp MILKYPLAYER
11- Play games on big screen using RemotejoySDL (I can play PSP games on my 34" LCD TV)
12- Emulators can be used on it: And almost every emulator exist for it
13- IR Keyboard can be attached to a PSP
14- With custom FW it can play compressed ISOs (that not only saves MS space, also saves battery)
15- Stream your videos and music from your PC to your PSP, from any site in the world (using PiMPStreamer)
16- GP2X games are being ported to PSP
17- Read news and download stuff on the road to use later in your PC
18- Play your own music while using XMB, browser or playing games using irsmp3.prx
19- Create your own music using one of the music trackers for PSP
20- Customize your icons and wave and make your PSP look really cool!!!
21- Some iPod accessories can be used with PSP, like the FM transmitter, headphones, etc.

im not sure thats true since theres no electric going through the PSP USB port, or else we would be able to charge our PSP's just by plugging the PSP into a the comp
