PSP Custom Firmware v3.51 M33

Does it support cso files? And also, could someone post more images of this promising firmware? I really think this could go somewhere, but im gonna wait a while until more feedback is posted

Yes csos, isos work perfectly just like previos C-FWs

you could use the old one I think, it's in the recovery menu. should I try it out?

Cheers Chameleon! So this has all equal features of the previous oe firmware with more official features? And do all the features work as well, maybe someone can post compatibility! Does pops work aswell as 3.40oe and does iso/cso work as well as before, and also homebrew compatibilites etc!

Allright! This is some very promising news and I will be keeping a close eye on developments from this team and this custom firmware. It may not yet have all the bells and whistles that Dark_AleX's OE gave us, but it is a welcome step forward in the absence of DAX.

I don't believe SONY changed anything regarding their POPS emulator in 3.51 so people asking about improved compatibility/performance needn't bother.

It may also be good if they are based in Russia as Russia is pretty stubborn when it comes to foreign pressure. Be it from governments or a corporation like SONY. Basically I don't think Russia would allow SONY to go after anyone for something that most people feel is trivial and not to be taken seriously.... PSP HOMEBREW!

Just installed it and ran some emulators, iso/cso's and PS1 games. Everything runs fine. Also the recovery menu is exactly the same as the OE firmwares, but has a black background with white fonts, which go red when you select them.

They have changed something, because now in Final Fantasy VII you get the battle swirl when encountering an enemy. OK it's only a small thing, but they may have also worked on other bits for the emulator in general.

that was fixed in 3.40

can you use all rcos from 3.40 on this? cant be bothered to sort through which of my rcos are custom, so was gonna just replace the whole lot
