First of all, Gamcube backups are not called roms, they are images.
And Gamecube emulation on DS is impossible, since the DS has similar hardware to the Nintendo 64.
Even the PSP will not emulate the Gamecube..

But come on! I know there's a point where you can say "OK, he didn't realise that. That's an understandable mistake." But he past that point 1000 miles ago. He's in noob territory now. Plus it feels good not to BE the noob in a thread for once.
