    Default Hi, I have a few questions

    Hi, I am new to emulation and developing and I want to know where to start. I am pretty good with computers but I dont know any programming language. I have a pretty tight budget and I use Mac OSX. What I am asking probably sounds dumb but I want to learn something new. Thanks!
