Flash0 not enough memory

I was trying to customize the theme for the psp and backed up all the flash and I customized my theme and I wanted it back to normal so I deleted the resource file off of my psp and tried to put the backup resource file on my psp and it says I do not have enough memory. How do I put the backup on the psp?
