Error 80020148 380 M33-5

Im using 3.80 M33-5 on a fat psp.I'm trying to run snes9x TYL 0.4.2me.But when i try to run it, it just says "The game could not be started(80020148)".How can i fix this?

I've had the same problem,you cannont get some emulators to work if you don't install the 1.5 kernel addon . Here's a step by step tutorial

Where can I get 1.5kernel add on? Is it already there in the recovery menu? Sorry Im a newbie here. hope someone can help. I cannot watch the youtube link posted, it was blocked by our company server.

Thanks, I manage to install the 1.5kernel addon, but when i tried to install the 1.5 v2 it says "cannot decrypt ...." I can play some ISO/CSO games now, but some games like Crisis Core and Chili Con Carnage still having an "80020148" error. By the way, In the recovery menu, Advance>Advance Config> I enabled all, then crisis core works but it hanged on the opening scence when starting the new game mode... Then now it affects my other games which shows the 800020148 error... thus i have to dissable again the advance config just to be able play my other games.. Im getting tires of this 80020148 error... pls help me. Thanks
