Default Exwave GTA VCS Radio Station In The Works...

Just to let you guys know, it's about 25% done. I just haven't gotten the time to actually make it, so if you thought I abandoned the idea, you're wrong.

I thought you abandoned the idea.

    What songs did you add?

Great. Just some recommendations: Kiss, Van Halen, Alice Cooper, Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath.

Wouldn't this involve illegally distributing music?

    Sort of...

That's why I'm wondering how I'm supposed to release it.

And make in into the game? Impossible.

Last.fm is a good option, because you can tag the songs with any name you want and then play all the songs with the specific tag. But that's without GTA.

That's easy, you just convert it to the format that the radio stations are in, remove one station, and put the Exwave one in it's place (with the name of the deleted radio station). I tested that with success.
