    theres this guy his name is blood sack and he makes these cool emulators with mega man themes and i just wanna know were he did this because i wanna make a snestyl emu with a street fighter theme

    you need a a program like psp brew or the eboot compilers and it lets you add your own icons and backgrounds to emus.
