is there a way of having an alarm on the ps3

i'd ideally like to be woken by music, is this possible? it seems like such a basic feature that they have missed!

i realise this must have been asked loads of times so i apologise in advance but how do i play music whilst playing game? as far as i know you can't but are there any hacks?!

no hacks as of yet, in game xmb (music durin playin) will be in an official update soon, and as there as no hacks then there is no alarm clock, ask sony they may be able 2 sort sumet?

yes, there is a homebrew application that acts as an alarm
i dont know where it is, but if you try using the search function, maybe you'll find it
