FF7 Not working...

I updated my PSP to 3.90M33-3 and FF7 loads but when it enters a battle sequence, the screen turns lots of colors and then freezes and shuts down my PSP. Anyone know anyway to fix this?

Use popsloader to load 3.51 pops.

Hmm...How would I go about doing that? Any links to the files (not the decrypted firmware files cuz I know those are illegal)? Also, does that only allow me to load games that only work on 3.51?

This pops tutorial (look below) explains really what you need to know.
There isn't officially a 3.90 popsloader out but I have heard you can use the 3.80 popsloader version for it. Not sure though, you'll have to search around for that.

EDIT: Why is the f***ing max.console censor still up? What's the use of it?

Have you decrypted the 3.51 files that you need for pops?

Yes. I have everything needed according to that website. But it doesn't even give me the choice of selecting 3.51. It only goes up to 3.11...I think I need a different Popsloader. Can you link me to one that allows for 3.51 to be selected.

I think this one will work on 3.90 M33. If it's the one you are using then I don't know what to suggest and can't help you further. Sorry about that

IT WORKS! Thanks alot SonicBoy. It works perfectly now. And I was using the one that said Any Firmware 3.10OE and above or something from DAX's site. Thanks again.
