Problem when burning image

When I burn my image of Marvel Vs Capcom 2 (CDI)
I get this error:


I already tried "Yes" and burned the game at 48x. I was already able to burn the Utopia disc and it worked fine, but when I insert the MvC2 disc nothing happens. My dreamcast is NTSC August 1999 and I think my version should be able to run homebrew and what not because it recognized Utopia and not MvC2. I tried burning it to a hp Cd-r 52x 700mb/80 min. Is it possible the disc is not big enough because the CDI file is 738 MB?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

EDIT: I am using the latest DiscJuggler.

EDIT2: I just tried saying "No" and burned it at 8x. Still no luck.
