snes9x channel help

Please, someone help. I burned the snes9x channel iso to a fujifilm dvd+r with imgburn and tried to install, but alas the wii didn't recognize the disk. My questions are do I need a modchip to work this? If no, because I don't have one, should I be burning to a dvd-r instead of +. Any tips would be appreciated. I wish there was a tutorial for it, but Im sure you guys know best. Many thanks.

yeah you have to have a modchip to install it or anything on a not-original wii disc..

i cant even get this to burn
also is there a way to do this via the TP Hack
