help backup

ive have just downloaded shenmue for a backup because my dreamcast version disk 1 is getting on abit when i downloaded it it was not a diskjuggler file it was a loads of 001,002 files etc. ive been told to get a utopia disk i have but i still can not get it to work i need my shenmue fix please help
