Default Can't access MP_ROOT from PC. Folder is corrupt. Now what?

So here's what I did. I coped a movie over to H:/PSP/Video thinking they would go there. I found out that they go in H:/MP_ROOT/100MNV01. So what I did was cut and paste the movie from H:/PSP/Video to H:/MP_ROOT/100MNV01. I disconnected my PSP from my PC and went to the Videos folder only to have it tell me there's no videos there. So I went back into my PSP and deleted the Videos folder and the movie in 100MNV01 so I could do a fresh transfer. Now it tells me that my MP_ROOT folder is corrupt. How did this happen and how do I fix it?

PSP Video 9 does all the work for you, even video encoding.
Just delete the stuff you did before, I guess.
