Its the file thats output from AVC encoding. I "think" you have to have v2.0 to view those files.
OK.
So there are TWO folders created in MP_ROOT folder on my PSP, presumably specifically for playing movies (v1.52 before anyone asks). Been transcoding vids using PSP Video 9 (Thanx again Sajeeth). All file types so far were "MVxxxxx.MP4" and are placed in the "100MNV01" folder, working fine. Most recently I did a transcode of a full movie which outputted a "MAQxxxxx.MP4" file, I can't remember which folder it went in, but I think it dumped it to the other one ("100ANV01"). The file won't work, no matter which folder I put it in. So my questions:
1) Is "MAQxxxxx.MP4" a valid video file type?
2) If so, does it need to go in a specific folder?
3) What is the difference between this file type and "MVxxxxx.MP4"? (I'm guessing it's files over a certain output size are "MAQ's?
Thanks in advance.![]()

Yeah, just found that out myself elsewhere, looks like I've encoded the wrong file type.*blushes*
Thanks for the confirmation though.![]()
