Not sure on any of the details, I assume it's the same guy who did the last VBA.
It's designed to work on 1.50, and it's just luck that it sometimes works on the newer ones. I reccomend people looking into 2.0 take a look.
I don't have it in my possetion, but I encourage someone to download it and re-upload it here. Once again, the rapidshare download:

also, it's in 1.00 form, meaning just eboot.pbp
this seems to be the EXACT same as the other vbapsp emulaotr

actually the size of the file is different and the time date is too

I can find out for sure if its exactly the same with a simple hex editor and compare.. gimme a few.
