    its a BMI calculator so yes it will be wrong if you are stocky because MUSCLE weighs more than fat

    I have also heard they are very inaccurate to people who have not full grown.

    What's the highest level? Obese, severely overweight? If she just overweight it wouldn't be too much to worry about for someone her age because of the inaccuracy but if she's way up the scale...

    Calculate the BMI yourself.

    38kg, 1.44m... turns into a BMI of 19.4 which is "normal" i.e. not fat. So something weird happened when they used it. I blame it to human error in the use of the board.

    And how is this a "teenager" .... 10 years old for gods sake...
