Wii Hacking??

Hello!

I was thinking in buying a Wii, and I came to these questions:

1. How can I burn downloaded Wii games and put them into my Wii?

2. Is there a way to load emulators + downloaded Wii games without a modchip?

3. Is there any site that sells Modded Wii's on US
and preferably cheap (If there isn't any easy/or any way to do it without modchip)

4. Can the Wii brick when I'm updating my modded Nintendo Wii to latest firmware?


So what I need:

A wii that can run burned Wii games downloaded from PC / or Copied.

That it can run emulators
