i have a 1.5 psp and i've played videos on it before. i use psp video 9 and when i convert a movie with their settings (29.97 fps, 320x240, etc.) the psp plays/reads the movie but when i change the fps to 23.98 and the video bitrate to 968 the psp doesn't read it. any idea on why the psp is telling me why my movie is uncompatible?
