It still makes a world of difference. Microsoft stocks, no doubt, sunk by quite a substantial amount after that.
Actually, quite a number of people DID CARE. Hence the WARRANTY EXTENSION.Very few people cared because they get their dead Xbox 360 replaced with a new Xbox 360.
Well keep JKKDark out of the PS3 forums and we wont have a problem. He/She continually flaimbaits the PS3 boards and as far as I concerned that's worth a ban.

Just a point to note:
Microsoft lost millions of "potential profits", it wasn't a real loss to Microsoft. The profit margin on the 360 covers the cost of repairs done so far and still makes MS a profit. It certainly wasn't good business for MS to have such a bad failure rate but at least they managed to cover the costs and get over the problem. The PS3 is still selling at a loss per unit. What is it? Mid-summer before they start to get a profit margin!?
