Can someone help me find an ADX to AFS program?

This is what happened.

I've been looking for a Japanese version of Sonic Gems Collection for months now (the Gamecube version in particular, just for Sonic CD's Japanese - Euro Soundtrack). All sites I've checked either a.) dont have it or b.) have been out of stock for months.

So, I decided to take the matter into my own hands.
I found an ISO from either a PAL or NTSC region (I dont remember) and found out that it uses ADX files for Sonic CD! I unpackaged the AFS files with afs_extractor and slowly converted everything (matching names on accurate stages, etc) and now want to replace the old AFS file containing the US soundtrack with the one I just made.

But...Im just one step away!
I've been looking for a file to repackage my ADX files into an AFS again (Ive heard something about a file called "afslnk.exe", but Ive had no luck finding it ). If any of you would be so kind to point me in the direction of an ADX to AFS program, then I would be forever grateful.

The Gamecube version of Sonic Gems Collection was only released on North America.
The european and japanese releases were available on PlayStation 2.

No, the Gamecube version came out in all major regions (maybe your trying to say that it was exclusively on the gamecube in north america?)

Ups, you're right. It was also released on Japan.

Please post the tool here so that others with similar problems can get help. I'm interested as ADX and AFS files are both used in DC games.
