o.k, firstly it was going great and i got to the second phase where you re-upsate (and it crashes). [just to note i used an update from PES5 umd (ver 2.0)] have i tried to update the wrong version? now the psp states the update failed and won't turn off. had it on for 20mins. is it bricked?

Reinsert Battery and Power Cable.
Power On, check firmware version.
Post here what firmware version for further instructions.

Um, I think i need help........I downloaded the MPHDowngrader but when I unzip it there is no overflow.tif anywhere.....what the hells the problem???
i dont get it...under my PSP i dont have a file called MEMORY STICK.. i have GAMES, MUSIC, PHOTO,SYSTEM, and SAVEDATA....i dont get it y dont i have memory stick file? is SAVEDATA the same thing as the memorystick file? and i put the eboot and the picture in the photo file but when i go to photos...my whole psp freezes and it shuts off after about 5-10 seconds and i have to reboot it and then it doesnt do anything different..
i still have trouble can some one give me a detailed step by step to get snes emulator on my psp
