Need Help Finding System V3.0

[Just bought M3 DS Real card with 1GB micro SD, but when switching on the cosole I get the message 'No system file found! Put system file in'

........also, packaging note states 'Please download and install System V3.0 otherwise the card may not operate normally. Tried the M3 DS Simply card which works fine, ehere can I find the System V3.0.
