Xecuter RROD Fix Tutorial

Hi, I have just got the xecuter rrod fix kit because my 360 got the rrod the other day. Now all I need is a decent tutorial to follow to ensure that i do it right. This link has been said to be a good tutorial but the web page does not open http://www.real-creative.co.uk/rrod/ it just comes up with an error 404. I really need a decent tutorial to follow otherwise i will not be attemting to do this. I understand that all that is needed to be done is simply putting afew pads on certain parts on the 360 but without pictures and a tutorial I have no idea of knowing where these need to go. So if anyone knows of a good tutorial then please let me know.
