Cant get scummvm to work with my M3 (CF)

all i do on my flash card is:

get the folder with the game files in it ie "maniac"
put it in a zip file with zero compression
name is scummdata.zip
run the bat file
upload .gba to my flashcard using my cards software
put in my passme with a game in
put my flashcard in
power up

I'm having issues with getting scummvm to run on my m3... figured i would resurect an old topic instead of starting a new one...

The only homebrew i've attempted to run were dsdraw and scummvm ... draw works ... scummvm doesn't....

Is there anything specific for scummvm on a m3 CF i need to do?
