    Default Would it be possible...

...To replace the GUI on the Supercard SD Rumble with something else? Honestly, I'd be happier if I could run something like DS organize at startup, rather than having to select it first.

Only possible with an unofficially hacked version of the 1.7 firmware, which is now outdated. I'd suggest against it.

Well, is there much of a difference between the 1.85 firmware and the 1.7?

    I mean, any crucial fixes?

Actually, better yet, is it even POSSIBLE to downgrade?

Huh. Apparently that doesn't support a Rumble anyway.
    Crud. >.<

Unless I'm just not looking in the right place?

It'd have to be a .scu file, I guess.

Oh right, the hacked firmwares don't work with Rumble anyway.

There's a substantial difference between 1.7 and 1.85, most notably fixes for many newer DS games. With 1.7, newer games won't run at all.

    Ah, that makes sense.

Hmm, Guess I should opt for some other card in the future.

Is there a card that has the boot selection function built in?

Some cards launch files named certain things. For instance, some launch "bootme.nds" immediately upon bootup, while some launch "default.nds" or something similar.

All I know is that the R4 uses default.nds while the Games N Music uses bootme.nds. Beyond that I don't know what the other carts offer, sorry.

That's all I really needed to know.

    Thank you very much. ^_^
