    psp PSP Filer 5.1+ Released

    Mediumguage has updated PSP Filer, a file manager for the PSP.

    Heres Whats New:

    general:

    * [5.1] enabled to connect to PC via USB in kernel3 version.
    * [5.1+] fixed a bug that the kernel3 Filer could not run under some kind of CFW version (that caused in 5.1 only). Instead, in those CFW, 5.1+ of kenel3 Filer cannot run USB feature.

    binary viewer:

    * [5.1] added a binary-editor feature.
    note: a large file (more than 22MB) and an archived file (which is bound in .zip, .rar, etc.) cannot be edited.

    binary editor:

    * [5.1+] fixed a bug that Filer crashed when it opens 0 byte file.

    Sorry, Just use IR Shell, unzip, zip, unrar, rar, move, edit, delete, everything you need.

    I love this frickn program. I use it everyday because I like to download programs on my PSP instead of computer. It will be real handy now that you can edit stuff. The last version wouldn't boot up and work for me so I see he's fixed it, I can live without USB.

    Actually, PSP Filer has an awesome homebrew sorter. As well as several other features that IR Shell does not sport... You should check it out

    I'm curious, how exactly do you zip/rar files with iR Shell?

    extraction via filer is also much more time convenient as well user friendly.

    and try managing your flash from iRshell..... weŽll see how that works out lol

    no need to apologize, but c'mon, mediumgauge is surely a master craftsman ,
    and filer is a great app.
    - small,portable,hi reliable, & packed with useful features.
    Just recently I've noticed the impressive multi-lingual capability,
    using full fonts for such as Serbian / Russian etc.
    that's no mean achievement for a homebrew.
