The spring for my M3 Simply broke.

I dun wanna buy a new one, how do I fix it
The problem is that the Micro SD card wont stick into place.

I think it would help a little if you could attach a little photo of the cart, so we can see how it's broken (if it's visible). That can maybe make it easier to help you.
