try different codec or using a different converter.

try converting to a regular mp4, and see if it's just a video problem

The latest build of divx 6.0 set at normal compression mode at 320x240 at 15f per secusing River Past Video Cleaner on ASF WMP with dmo audio at 41khz 16 bits stereo worked just fine on this thing. You can even re encode the audio in virtual dub to a lower khz and bit rate for the dmo or reencode the dmo audio to mp3- it plays very well! sometimes it gets slow. I cant wait for a version update- this thing has serious promise!

Make sure you create a folder called VIDEO in your G:\PSP\ folder and place all your videos in there.

RE:Where do I put the videos because I get some english and chinese text and I can't play any videos.

--> When u start PMP program, u can see two menu(made with korean..), up is movie, bottom is music
if you make folder /PSP/VIDEO and put the video files in to that folder..
(Music files put into /PSP/MUISIC folder )u can see the movie file name, and play that.
